Paul Reilly

Paul Reilly, 66, of Ashford, went home into the Lord s loving arms on Thursday Nov. 24, 2005 at Windham Hospital after a brief illness. He sadly leaves behind his beloved wife Patricia, his sons Paul and Timothy, daughter Mary Reilly all of N.Y.; daughter Sheila Clark-Taylor, son in law Bob Taylor, granddaughter Joceyln Clark all of Willimantic; son Paul Clark and his wife Karin Clark and 3 grandsons all of Tallahassee, FL. and a grandson in N.Y. Paul was predeceased by his twin brother Joseph , his parents Joe and Angela (Blom) Reilly, daughter Annie Reilly and Son David Reilly. Paul worked for more than 30 years on Wall Street. He formerly lived on Long Island, N.Y. and in Port St. Lucie, FL. He had a great impact on many lives with his dry sense of humor and wonderful compassion. He loved the New Testament verse Ephesians 2: 8 & 9. He will be forever missed by family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Dec. 17th at 1:00pm at the United Baptist Church of Ashford, 38 Pompey Hollow Rd.(Rte.44), Ashford. There are no calling hours. Burial will be private in St. Philip Cemetery, Ashford. Paul s wishes were that in lieu of flowers or Mass cards, a memorial donation be made in his honor to the Ashford Volunteer Fire/Ambulance Dept. Ashford, CT. 06278.
