Patricia Ann Williams

Patricia Ann Williams, age 61, of Coventry, entered into rest peacefully, on Tuesday, January 1, 2013. She was born in Hartford on April 26, 1951, the beloved daughter of Jerry and Dorothy Moynihan. She leaves behind husband Dana Williams of 42 wonderful years, son Ryan, mother Dorothy, and her two brothers, Jerry and Tommy. Pat received a Bachelor's of Arts from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2007 and an Associate of Science from Manchester Community College in 2001. Pat spent 35 years working at Pratt and Whitney and was most recently employed at the University of Connecticut. She spent most of her free time mentoring and caring for young adults and children. She loved to decorate her home for all the holidays, arts and crafts, vacationing and most of all, spending time with her family. She loved her cats tremendously as well, Lady and Madison. Her proudest accomplishment was her son Ryan, whom she loved dearly. She never missed any of his softball/baseball games and attended all of his activities. She was always there for him through thick and thin. Patricia leaves a legacy of undying strength, love and support to all those she touched. She exemplified unconditional love without judgment. She will be sadly missed by all of her friends and family. "God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but he did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears and light for the way."
