Patricia Dobush

Patricia Dobush, 87, of Windham, CT, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 27, 2016. She was born in Hartford, CT the daughter of Murray and Jessie Knapp Swett. Pat graduated from Willimantic State Teachers College (ESCS) and was a teacher in the Windham area until her retirement. She enjoyed going to Chebeague Island every summer since her childhood. She will be remembered for her patient smile and dedication to her students as she prepared them for their futures. She was predeceased by her husband Henry just last month, and her daughter Anne Chaplin in 2001, and Walter Dobush. Patricia is survived by her daughter Pam Bousquet and her husband Bruce; her sisters-in law Antonia Piaseck and Janet Dobush; brother -in law John Dobush; as well as grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in her name to the charity of your choice.
