Pamela R. Walters

September 24, 1963 — June 18, 2015

Pamela Drouin Haddad Walters, 51, of Mansfield, beautiful wife of Kenneth Walters, loving daughter of Ronald and Pearl Drouin, and caring mother of Michael Haddad Jr., Keith Haddad, Zachary Walters, Stacy Haddad and Tyler Walters, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2015. Pamela is now finally at peace after a 3 year battle with pancreatic cancer. In the Spring of 2012 she was given only 6 months to live, and in true Pamela fashion, she stretched that to three years because of her inability to give up. She always held her head high and has taught everyone about overcoming adversity and the true meaning of perseverance without saying a word. Pamela fought harder than anyone could have ever imagined. Pamela also leaves behind her former husband and beloved friend, Michael A. Haddad, her siblings Lisa Krukoff and John Varga, Sharon and Patrick Ouimette, Ronald Jr. and Melanie Drouin, Matthew and Ann-LIndsey Drouin, and her nieces and nephews: Glenn Krukoff, Patrick (PJ) Ouimette Jr., Eric Ouimette, Olivia Drouin, and Wyatt Drouin. Pamela worked in the area her entire life and most recently at the Savings Institute Bank & Trust in North Windham. Through the years, she has influenced a countless number of people and made it her priority to make every single person feel loved and special. She will always be remembered for her amazing ability to speak to everyone as though she knew them her entire life, her genuine sense of humor, and her ability to never stop giving. Our family will forever carry her in our hearts in all that we do, Pamela will never be forgotten. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Ron's Run for the Roses at the Ron Foley Foundation, 1000 Farmington Ave, Suite 108A, West Hartford, CT 06107 in memory of Pamela Drouin Haddad Walters. Pamela's family will receive family and friends at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic, CT on Sunday, June 21, 2015 from 4:00-6:00pm.
