Ottavio Forlino

Ottavio Forlino, 84, of Willimantic, CT, passed away on April 18, 2016. He was born August 14, 1931 in Giarolo, Italy and came to live in this country with his wife and son in 1970. Ottavio leaves his wife Pierina Forlino of Willimantic, his son Piero ?Mino? Forlino and his wife, Lisa, and a granddaughter, Anna-Lise Forlino, all of Danielson, CT. He was best known for his love of the outdoors; fishing, hunting and gardening were his passions. Ottavio had a green thumb and could get anything to grow. He was a devoted family man and adored his granddaughter of whom he was very proud. All family and friends are welcome to join in memory and celebration of Ottavio?s life on Monday, April 25, 2016 for Calling Hours from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Willimantic, CT. A Funeral Mass will follow at St. Joseph Church, 99 Jackson St, Willimantic, CT.
