Norman A. Berard, 90, of Willimantic, CT passed away on March 15, 2021. He was born and raised in Willimantic to Otis and Yvonne (Lussier) Berard.
He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and a retired firefighter of Groton Sub-Base. Norman enjoyed traveling while in the military and would come home, jump on his Harley, and travel around the United States. He was also an avid woodworker.
Norman is survived by his wife of 36 years, Barbara Makuch; step-daughter, Susan Perry of ME; and brother Leon and his wife Lillian Berard of FL.
