Norbert C. Parker

Norbert C. Parker, 70, of Lebanon, CT, passed away Friday, April 12, 2013. He was born January 13, 1943, in Willimantic,CT. He leaves behind his loving wife, Deborah (Vickery) Parker, and two brothers, Richard Parker of Mansfield, Samuel Parker of Willimantic, and a sister Susan Bender of Lebanon. He was predeceased by a son, his mother, father and two brothers. He loved going to antique car shows, camping, and his two dogs. There will be a gathering on Wednesday April 17, 2013 between 4:00pm and 6:00pm at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 321 Village Hill Road, Lebanon.
