Myrtle T. Crooks

Myrtle (Tompkins) Crooks "94", of Franklin, passed quietly Thursday, July 7, 2011. She was the widow of George Richard Crooks, who passed in 1999, and the daughter of Leonard Knox Tompkins & Katherine Light Tompkins. She is survived by her daughter, Kathryn Bohara, Franklin, CT., her son G. Richard Crooks Jr. Windham, CT., two grandchildren, Laura Crooks, Manchester, CT., Damon Crooks, Ledyard, CT., two great-grand daughters Marley and Brenna Crooks, Ledyard, CT., as well as two siblings Jake Tompkins and Beatrice Armstrong both of Windham, CT. Her family will receive friends Monday, July 11th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Rte. 195, Willimantic.
