Monica Pehowdy Obituary
Monica Lynn Pehowdy, 47 of Lebanon, CT passed away unexpectedly on December 24, 2023.
Monica had many passions and talents. However, her most important purpose in life was her dedication to and love for her family. She leaves behind her loving husband Larry and their three beautiful children Mallory, Carson, and Ruby. She was the cherished daughter of Cheryl Hathway of Windham and John Smith III of Willington. In addition, she is survived by her grandmother Barbara Hathway of Mansfield Center, her brother Justin Smith of Ballinger, TX and his wife Meagan and their children, and numerous other relatives that she loved dearly.
Monica’s nightly message to her oldest daughter was “I Love You to the Moon and Back” and her daily interactions with all her children included the word “Love”. Her life was a testament to the power of this love and her kindness.
As we say Aloha (until we meet again) to Monica, we celebrate her profound impact on the world around us and the people she touched. Her legacy is one of love, kindness, and devotion – qualities that will continue to inspire those who have been fortunate enough to have known her.
Monica’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family, her community of friends, and all who were touched by her compassionate soul. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
Love Never Ends!
