Mildred M. (Manley) Kneeland, 82, formerly of Lebanon, died Thursday Jan. 8, 2004 at the Haven Health Center in Willimantic. She was born April 11, 1921 in Danielson the daughter of the late James and Elizabeth (Stanton) Manley. She had been employed at the Mansfield Training School as and aide for 10 years prior to her retirement. She had been previously employed at the former Abbey Manor in Windham. She is survived by a son and daughter in law Ronald and Linda Kneeland of Lebanon, 2 daughters and a son in law; Priscilla Kiczuck of Baltic and Lori and David Silveira of N. Windham, a brother Peter McManus of N.H., a sister Marion Waite of N. Windham, 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Saturday from 11:00am to 12:00pm with the funeral service to begin at 12:00pm. The Rev. Jack Schneider will officiate. Burial will follow in the New Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, her family suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, 238 W.
