Michael “Pranka” Ray Chesbro 68, of Lebanon, CT unexpectedly passed away on December 18, 2022.
Michael was born on February 10, 1954, he was the son of Floyd Chesbro and Bessie Cooper,. Michael had a heart of gold and was always willing to offer a helping hand. He enjoyed race cars, NASCAR, and always looked forward to racing season at Stafford Motor Speedway. Michael also enjoyed his job
at Schwann’s where a lot of his customers became his friends. He had a talent with sarcasm and one-liners that could make you laugh any given day.
Michael left behind his children, Sherry Piechowski of Windham, CT and John Piechowski of Florida, grandson Jacob Spielvoqel of Windham, CT, son-in-law Brent Spielvoqel of Windham, CT, daughter-in-law Amanda Piechowski of Florida, sisters Darleen Crandell of Mystic, CT, Suzette Cleveland of Centerville, AL, Roseanne Palmer of Ledyard, CT and many nieces and nephews. And of course, his beloved four legged fur ball, Nikki.
Michael was predeceased by his wife Linda Chesbro of Ledyard, CT, Floyd Chesbro of Ledyard, CT, Betty Rita Kinney of Ashaway, R.I., Nancy Maher of Mystic, CT, Regina Babonas of Groton, CT.
