Mary Sullivan Orcutt, 92, of Coventry, CT, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 14, 1933, to Urban and Helen Sullivan.

Mary was a devoted parishioner of St. Mary’s Church in Coventry, where her Catholic faith was an important part of her life. She found great joy singing in the church choir for many years. She was also an active member of the Red Hat Society and the Irish Club of Willimantic, where she proudly celebrated her Irish heritage.

Mary is survived by her three sons, John, Charles, and Michael; six grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren, all of whom she took great pride in and loved dearly. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John Orcutt, and her daughter, Mary Ellen Burke.

Mary will be remembered for her deep faith, love of family and friends, Irish pride, and zest for life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Mass will be celebrated Friday September 18th, 2026, at 10am at St. Mary's Church, 1600 Main St. Coventry, Connecticut 06238. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, 30 Plains Rd. Coventry, Connecticut 06238 at 11:00AM.
