Marjorie B. (Waite) Burr

Marjorie Burr (Waite) of North Windham passed away on March 29, 2017 unexpectedly. She was born on October 14, 1949 in Burlington, VT to Warren and Helen (Stowell) Waite. Marge was employed by Brownell & Company for 33 years and with American Thread for 17 years. In addition to her husband, David, she is survived by her two daughters, Terri and Tina; granddaughters, Elana, and Silvia and grandson, William; sisters, Nancy Lamotte, Kim Wheelock, Bettyann Bell; brother, William Waite; Uncle Mike and many loving nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her sister, Sue Lamotte and husband Joseph Lamotte; brothers, Gary, Frank, Richard and William Waite. Marge was generous to all who knew her and was fond of saying "seeya, love,ya bye" at the end of each phone conversation. She has touched many hearts and will be missed by many. The family will have calling hours at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic Wednesday April 5, 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
