Marion M. (Mitchell) Lilley

Marion Mitchell (Greene) Lilley, 73, of Northampton, MA entered into immortality on Wednesday, September 20, 2017. She was born in New York City and lived a large part of her life in Willimantic, CT and she retired to Northampton, MA where she enjoyed her time at Rockridge Retirement Community where she developed many great friendships. She was a nurse for many years and retired from her years as a nurse for the State of Connecticut. She was also the very proud mother of five children, Roy C. Greene Jr. (Paul Dow) of Milford Mass, Thomas Greene (Angela Greene) of Norwich, CT, Daniel Greene of Manchester, CT, Kelli Montalvo-Greene (Angie Montalvo-Greene) of Easthampton, MA, and Tracy Peirolo of Stafford Springs, CT. She was the even more proud grandparent of eight beloved grandchildren Jacqueline, Thomas, Ruth, Julia, Tyler, Nathan, Morgan, and Hunter. She was the sister of James Mitchell (Kathleen Mitchell) of Canterbury, CT and Dawn Nava-Lippert (Nathan Lippert) of Dacula, GA. She was predeceased by her parents, Marion Daigle and Joseph Mitchell, brother, Thomas Mitchell, and aunt, Louise Fey. Marion?s family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday September 24, 2017 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195), Willimantic.
