Marilou (Lynn) Carbonaro, 52, of Canterbury, wife of J. Arthur Carbonaro, died Wednesday, January 9, 2002 at the Windham Hospital. She was born June 28, 1949 in Henderson, KY, the daughter of Michael Lynn of Ft. Myers, FL, and the late Marjorie (Woodruff) Lynn. She was actively involved in numerous masonic organizations serving as Former Mother Advisor of Norwich Assembly No. 30 IORG, Past Matron of Radiant Chapter No. 11 and Sachem Chapter No. 57 O.E.S. and Past Royal Matron of Rainbow Court No. 20 O. of A. In addition to her husband of 34 years and her father she is survived by 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Christine and Benjamin Freda of Shaker Heights, OH, Catherine and Michael Reaves of Lafayette, CA, 4 grandchildren, Emily and Matthew Freda, Samuel and Daniel Reaves and a brother, Jack Lynn of Crete, IL. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St.(Rte. 195, 1/2 mile south of Rte.6) Willimantic on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the Dean Cemetery, Canterbury.
