Marierose Delima Leon

Marierose Delima Leon, 60, of Willimantic, wife of Peter Leon, died Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at the Windham Hospital. She was born July 27, 1945 in Willimantic, the daughter of Arthur and Marie Delores Beatrice (Dion) Maclure and had lived in Willimantic all her life. In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter, Marie Delores Beatrice Dantico of Willimantic, a granddaughter, Hannah Marie Moffitt of Willimantic, 8 siblings, Anita Edwards of Willimantic, Beatrice Langil of Maine, her twin sisters Joan Maclure of Chaplin and Janice Craig of Plainfield, Diane Cox of Willimantic, Arthur Maclure of Windham and Eugene Thomas Maclure of Windham, many nieces and nephews. She was a loving, caring, God fearing woman. A memorial service will be held on May 27, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Christian Life Assembly, 143 Windham Rd., (Rte. 32) Willimantic. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a trust fund to benefit her granddaughter, Hannah Marie Moffitt, c/o 171 Orchard Hill Rd. Willimantic, CT 06226.
