“Grieve not.. nor speak of me with tears.. but rather, laugh and talk of me as though I were still here.”
Marie was a daughter, sister, mother, aunt, friend, but her most treasured title was Grandma. If you knew Marie, you knew she cherished her grandchildren, Izayah, Emily and Reevin. They were truly the light of her life.
Marie was predeceased by her father, Robert Easton, her brother, Randy Prescott, Aunt Norma, Uncle Raymond, and her soulmate, Elizabeth “Betty” Richter.
Marie leaves behind her mother, Jeanette Prescott, brothers, Kevin and Clyde Prescott, sisters, Bobbi-Jo (Jason,Jessica,Rachael), Barbara, sons, Brian(Melissa, KK, Joshua), Jeffery, Roger (Nikki), Peter and daughter Elizabeth (Dean).
Marie was well known throughout the community, with numerous friends. Those she included as family are Sammy, Maria, Kenny, Lisa, Craig, Connie, Leroy and Doris.
The family would like to extend our sincere gratitude and thanks to the nursing staff at Douglas Manor, the residents and her nextdoor neighbor Doris, whom she adored.
