Marianne K. Marcotte

Marianne K. Czaporowski Marcotte, wife of Wayne W. Marcotte, of Storrs, died Friday Feb. 23, 2007. She was the daughter of Mary (Skodzinska) Czaporowski and Stanley Czaporowski, and was born October 27, 1932 in Holyoke, Mass. She is survived by three sons: Brian and his wife Theresa of Manchester, James and his wife Fattema of Coventry, and David of Storrs, CT. She is also survived by three brothers and three sisters: Stanley Czaporowski of Holyoke, Mass, Frank of Chicopee, Mass, and John of Holyoke, Mass., Constance Castonguay of Manville RI, Irene Cournoyer of Chula Vista, CA, and Katherine Smith of Citrus Heights, CA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a sister Florence Anderson. Her Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Church, 99 Jackson St. in Willimantic at 11AM on Tuesday, with interment following in St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham. There will be no calling hours. Those attending the Mass are invited to meet at 10:00am at the Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic for services prior the Funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to a favorite charity or to The Association of Marian Helpers, Eden Hill, Stockbridge, MA 01263-0004.
