Marian N. Lucier

Marian Nellie (Sokolowski) Lucier, 72, of Chaplin, wife of William Lucier, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, August 07, 2012. Born February 29, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Genevieve (Merzwa) Sokolowski. She had a big heart and an infectious smile. She was a great cook and enjoyed watching the UConn women play basketball. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her three children, Debbie Bryda of Willimantic, Kim Kowalyshyn of Willington and Lori Perry of Taftville and ten grandchildren.
