Margaret Macway

Margaret (Warinsky) MacWay, 87, wife of Harry E. MacWay Sr., died Wednesday March 5, 2008 at Windham Hospital. She was born June 11, 1920 in Scotland and was a longtime Chaplin resident. Prior to her retirement she had been employed by Electro-Motive Manufacturing Co. in Willimantic. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Harry, a son Harry MacWay Jr. and his wife Donna of Chaplin, a brother John Warinsky and his wife Olive of Willimantic, a sister Rose Trudeau of Mansfield, four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three sisters, Anna Tomczyk, Emily Rood and Sophie Koziel. There are no calling hours. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday March 12, 2008 at 2:00pm in St. Philip Cemetery, Rte 44, Ashford.
