Margaret "Peggy" Foss

Margaret W. Foss 78, of North Windham passed away peacefully at home on May 16, 2014 after a long and courageous eight year battle with cancer . Margaret was born on February 12, 1936 in Hartford, CT the daughter of the late Kenneth and Arlene (Phelps) Washburn. Margaret (Peggy) leaves her husband Bruce, three children Lori Montgomery of Fairfield, Mt, Steven of Gilcrest, Colorado and Gary of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, three grand children ad three great grand children. She leaves a sister Lorraine, and brother Joe. She was predeceased by her brother Bill. No services are planned. Burial will be at the families convenience.
