In Loving Memory of Marcella Tervidis

Marcella Tervidis, of Scotland CT., born October 13,1949, passed away on September 8, 2026.

Marcella graduated from Windham High School and later graduated from dental hygienist school. Throughout her life, she dedicated herself to caring for others. She worked at Ames Corp., provided daycare for children, and generously volunteered her time at Windham Community Memorial Hospital.

Marcella attended the Russian Orthodox Church in Willimantic, Connecticut, where her faith was an important part of her life.

Marcella was predeceased by her father, Anthony Tervidis; her mother, Catherine Tervidis Zlotnick; her stepfather, Andrew Zlotnick; her brother, Edward Tervidis; and her sister-in-law, Maria Zlotnick Tervidis.

She leaves behind her loving nieces, Paula Macy; Judy Tervidis-Migliore (Joe): and Marie Beck (John). She also leaves behind a grand-niece (Danika) and grand-nephews (Ian and Addison), a great-grand-niece (Isla) and great-grand-nephew (Caden), and many loving relatives who will cherish her memory.

Marcella will be remembered for her witty sense of humor, caring nature, generosity, and her willingness to help others.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the Westside Care Community, past and present, for the loving care, kindness, and compassion they showed to Marcey throughout the many years. Their dedication, friendship and support brought comfort to Marcey and meant so much to her family.

Marcella will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.

May her memory be eternal, and may she rest in peace.
