Marcel J. Bill

Marcel J. Bill, 80, of Coventry, passed away at Windham Memorial Hospital on March 30, 2011. He was born on May 6, 1930 in Willimantic, son of the late Richard and Rose (Hebert) Bill. He served in the military in 1949. He was a member of the Franco American Civic and Social Club in Willimantic. He retired from many years at Pratt &Whitney in 1993. Uncle Marcel was a very generous and caring person. He loved spending time with his family. He is survived by two brothers Ronald Bill and his wife Frances of Florida and Amos Bill of Scotland and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister Bernice Rogoff of Florida and two brothers Richard Bill of Willimantic and Bryan Bill of Windham, and a sister-in-law Beverly Bill of Scotland. A graveside service will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery in Windham at 11:00am on April 8, 2011. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Smile Train, P.O.
