Madeline J. Haggan, 83, of Lebanon, CT passed away on April 21, 2022. She was born in Montreal, Canada to the late Yvon and Diane (Beaudoin) Gaucher.
Madeline was a companion to the elderly, she enjoyed taking care of others. When she was younger, she liked to go camping and go on vacations with her family. She also enjoyed bowling. Madeline loved her Boston Terriers Tabit/Tabitha and her black lab Pedro.
She is survived by her children Liette Caler and her husband Roy of Colchester, CT, Sylvia Sendley and her husband John of Andover, CT, Timothy Haggan and his wife Kathryn of Weston, WV, and Craig Haggan of Lebanon, CT; grandchildren Katie, Sean, Britney, Garet, Kolby, Jake, Karley, and Max; and 5 great grandchildren; brothers Jacque Gaucher and his wife Lynn, Michél Gaucher, and Richard Gaucher; sisters Lorraine Ducharme and her husband Zig and Andree Rouleau; and nieces and nephews. Madeline was predeceased by her husband Thomas Haggan and her brother Robert Gaucher.
Her family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, May 8, 2022 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. Willimantic. Following her calling hours, family and friends are invited to share memories of Madeline at a get together at the Sports Bar, 175 Boston Post Road, North Windham, CT. Her graveside service will be on Monday, May 9, 2022 at 10:00am at New Lebanon Cemetery, Waterman Rd. Lebanon.
