Mabel B Parker

Bertha P. Morehouse, 85, of Willimantic, widow of Henry Morehouse, died Sunday December 23, 2001 in Windham. She was born February 29, 1916 in East Hartford, the daughter of Nelson and Nellie (Doyle) Spencer and had lived in East Hampton most of her life. She is survived by 3 children, Nellie Zajechowski of Willimantic, Helen Allen of Columbia, Henry Morehouse Jr. of Middletown, a sister, Helen Markham of East Hampton, 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are private with burial in the Basin Hill Cemetery, East Haddam. There are no calling hours. The Potter Funeral Home, Willimantic is in charge of arrangements.
