Luis Manuel Rodriguez, 74, of Willimantic, CT died Friday, October 4, 2019 at Hartford Hospital. He was born on May 27, 1945 in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico to Marcelino Rodriguez and Dolores Lopez.
Luis loved fishing and wrestling and worked in the entertainment industry as a wrestler in Puerto Rico.
Luis is survived by his wife, Milagros Rodriguez Garcia; his children: Janet Rodriguez, Luis Antonio Rodriguez, Aracenis Rodriguez, and Miaa Rodriguez; step-daughter, Nancy Rosario; grandchildren: Joshua Lugo-Rodriguez, Wigberto Flores- Rosario, Jonathan Lugo-Rodriguez, Christian Flores-Rosario, Araliz Diaz-Rodriguez, Javier Rodriguez, Neysha Diaz-Rodriguez; great-grandchildren: Luis Anaya, Janelys Lugo-Araya, Jaiidelys Lugo, Jamirely Lugo-Anaya, Jovian Lugo, and Adrian Flores.
The family will receive friends and relatives on Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 10:00-11:00 AM with his funeral service beginning at 11am at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195), Willimantic, CT 06226.
