Lucille Ann Mitchell, 87, of Windham Center, CT passed away on December 2, 2020 at Mansfield Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. Lucille was born in Hebron, CT on March 26, 1933 to Lucy Mitchell Badore and John L. Mitchell, Sr. Lucille was a member of the Armed Forces during the Korean Conflict serving both in the Army and Air Force and was proud of her time in the service. She worked at Sutures in Coventry before going to UConn in the Building Service Dept. from which she retired several years ago. Lucille is survived by her sister Margery Sherwood and her husband Richard of Columbia, Thomas Badore and his wife Karleen of Windham Center, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one brother and three sisters, John L. Mitchell, Jr., Barbara Dumas, Sally Wrana, and Nancy Thompson. Lucille’s services will be private.
