Lucille S. Florence

Lucille S. (Duchesneau) Florence, 80, of Ash St. Willimantic, widow of Wilfred G. Florence, died Monday evening Dec. 15, 2003 at the Windham Hospital. She was born July 6, 1923 in Willimantic the daughter of Francis and Mary (LaForce) Duchesneau. Lucille was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Willimantic. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her daughter Linda Weaver of Willimantic, her grandson Tobie Weaver and his wife Penney of Willimantic, 2 brothers; Robert Duchesneau of Mansfield and Arthur Duchesneau of N. Windham and a niece Paulette Gendron of N. Windham. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00pm. There will be a gathering at the funeral home on Friday at 9:15am prior to the procession to her 10:00am Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church, Valley St. Willimantic.
