Lucille Desindes, 88, of Windham, CT passed away on November 20, 2020. She was born on August 19, 1932 in Coaticook, Canada to Arthur and Jeanne (St. Cyr) Arnold. After marrying her husband, Gerald Desindes, and having their son, Bernard “Bernie”, they moved to Willimantic, CT in 1959. Lucille retired from Rogers Corporation in 1986 and spent her time volunteering at Windham Hospital until she moved to Granby, Canada. Later on, in the early 2000s she moved back to Connecticut where she stayed. Lucille enjoyed playing cards, especially Skipbo, with her granddaughter Cherish. She is survived by her brother Jean Yves and his wife Pauline of Canada; grandchildren Cherish Desindes, Amy Desindes, and Douglas Desindes. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald in 1983, her son Bernie in 2016, and her sisters Georgette Arnold and Pauline Dube.
