Lucia Faba

Lucia Faba, our beloved sister and aunt, passed away on May 7, 2016. She was born on July 19, 1949 in San Valentino, Italy. Lucia owned LaMortes newsstand for many years and later worked for Easter Seals. Lucia was very talented, and her hobbies included drawing and stained glass, she was also an avid reader. Lucia was a kind, caring, and loving person whose generous heart touched all. She will be missed by all who knew her. Lucia is predeceased by her parents: Tommaso and Annina Faba. She is survived by two brothers; Michael and his wife Joann, and Carmine Faba, two sisters; Renata Bergenn and Valeria Faba. Lucia also leaves four nephews, Arthur Bergenn, Thomas M., Kyle H., and Nicolas Faba, two nieces; Penny Faba-Spicer and Chiara Zboray. She is also survived by many loving great nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 p.m., at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic, CT. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
