Lourene Majnich

Lourene (Constant) Majnich, 49, of Franklin, died peacefully in her home on Friday April 22, 2011. She was born on August 16, 1961 in Willimantic, the daughter of the late Robert and Sally Constant of Franklin. She is survived by her husband Michael and son Michael Jr. Lourene is also survived by her sisters Karen Bacon and her husband William of Hinsdale, NH and Nancy Constant of Franklin; brother Ronald Constant and his wife Nancy of Franklin; mother in law Maria Majnich and the late father in law Michael Majnich; sister in law Leontyna McGinn and her husband John; brother in law Leo Majnich and his wife Cheri; nephews Robert and Jason Kropp, Ben Constant, Michael DePolito and nieces Emily Constant and Chelsea DePolito and Katie Bacon. Lourene had been employed by Federal Express until the birth of her son. She enjoyed being a full time mother spending time with her family and friends. She had a profound love of her beloved dogs, Dasher and Prancer and her cats. She also loved birdwatching and gardening. Lourene had a heart of gold and was always willing to help anyone in need. She will be deeply missed by everyone. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday April 27th between 5:00 and 8:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday April 28th at 11:00am at St. Mary Church, Baltic. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Baltic.
