Lorraine B. Chapel

Lorraine B. Chapel, 67, of Hampton, wife of Bruce Chapel, died Sunday, March 21, 2010 at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam. She was born December 29, 1942 in Willimantic, the daughter of the late John and Dorothy Burnore. She had been employed for 31 years at Brand Rex Co. and for 6 years at C&M Corp. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, Craig Kelley and his wife Carol of Danielson and Marc Kelley and his wife Lois of Hampton, a granddaughter, Casey Kelley and a grandson, Devon Kelley. She is also survived by a brother and four sisters, William Burnore of Delaware, Rita Diffey of New London, Cleora Pearl of Chaplin, Kathryn Ives of Preston and Joan Burnore of Plainfield. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Robert Burnore and a sister, Ruth Pearl. A graveside service will be held April 3rd at 11:00 a.m. in Litchfield Cemetery on Bigelow Rd. in Hampton. There are no calling hours.
