Linda A. Juras

Linda A. (Alapi) Juras, 61, of Columbia, wife of Michael Juras, died Monday September 27, 2010 at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Willimantic on August 8, 1949, the daughter of Jules and Sally (Buck) Alapi. Linda worked for over thirty five years at the Lyme Consolidated School. In addition to her husband and mother she is survived by a daughter Lisa Girard and husband Jim of Florida, two brothers John and Peter Alapi of Ashford and two grandsons Jack and Michael Girard. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday October 2, 2010 from 1:00 to 3:00pm at the Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic.
