Linda Lee Johnston

Linda Lee (Redding) Johnston, of Columbia, passed away Friday, December 07, 2007 at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown. She was born September 11, 1942 in Attleboro, MA, the daughter of John and Margaret (Lee) Redding. A loving and attentive wife, mother and grandmother, she will be sadly missed by her family. She is survived by Robert, her husband of 38 years and her two sons, Kevin Johnston of Charlestown, RI and Brendan Johnston and his wife Amber of Mansfield Center. Linda was an affectionate and doting grandmother to Eleanor and Tess who will always miss her. She is also survived by a brother, Kevin Redding of Newport, OR. Her extended family and friends will sorely feel the loss of their true friend. Her family will receive friends at the Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St., Rte. 195, Willimantic on Monday, December 10th from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. with funeral services beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
