Linda B. Kelley, 78, of Willimantic, CT died November 10, 2016. Born Linda Louise Brown in Norwich, CT December 12, 1937, to parents Roland and Melba (Stanard) Brown, she was raised in Groton, CT with her three brothers, Roland, Albert, and Jerry, and her sister Joanne. Linda graduated from Fitch High School and went on to Willimantic Teachers College (ECSU) where she earned a degree in early childhood education. She worked for the State of Connecticut for over 27 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Arthur Kelley of Willimantic. She is survived by her son, Patrick Kelley and his wife Fay of Washington state, and her daughter, Kathleen Kelley-Wildeboer and her husband Chad of North Port, Florida. She also leaves behind four grandchildren, David and Sharon Kelley of Washington state, and Austin and Cole Wildeboer of North Port, Florida. She was loved dearly by the many people she met during her lifetime. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warriors Project will be appreciated,
