Levi M. Saucier, 32, of Brooklyn, formerly of Windham, died Thursday, July 17, 2014. Levi was born October 26, 1981 in Windham, the son of Debra Smith and Mark Saucier. He was devoted to his wife Ashley Yonclas-Saucier and their children Kaydence and Spencer Saucier. He was the grandson of Normand Plante and Beatrice Saucier. Levi proudly served in Iraq from 2003-2004 with the 143rd MP company. He was a brother with the Local # 42 as a 6th step apprentice linesman. Levi enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, playing baseball, horseshoes, and spending time with his family. Levi also leaves behind his sister Brandi Flubacher (Saucier) and her daughter Alexis Moore, sister s Jazmyn Bartlett (BroDog), Selina Saucier, Mariah Saucier and Amber Mallett, a brother Zachary Simrell, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, a nephew and many other close family and friends. Levi, may the angels of family and friends guide your way up the stairway to heaven. His family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday July 22, 2014 between 5:00 and 8:00pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00am at St. Joseph Church, 99 Jackson St. Willimantic with assembly in the church parking area at 9:45am. Interment will follow in New Willimantic Cemetery.
