Kurt B. Zoldak, 39, of Willimantic, died unexpectedly on Monday June 12, 2006 at Windham Hospital. He was born April 25, 1967 in Willimantic the son of Benjamin and Rose (Bigelow) Zoldak of Willimantic. Kurt was a graduate of Windham Regional Technical School and had been employed by Stop & Shop for over twenty years, most recently in Willimantic in the produce dept. He enjoyed kayaking, weight training, golfing and fishing and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. In addition to his parents, he is survived by 3 brothers, Walter of Columbia, Scott of E.Hartford and Gregg of Chaplin; 2 sisters, Sharon Marrotte and her husband Steven of Columbia and Jessica Zoldak of Willimantic; his partner Holly Jurcik and her daughter Amanda of Willimantic; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. His family will receive friends at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic on Thursday between 6:00 and 8:00pm. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00am at St. Joseph Church, 99 Jackson St. , Willimantic, with assembly at the church. Cremation will take place at Maplewood Crematory.
