Keith Danna Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we are writing about the most natural person, Keith N. Danna, 48, of Chaplin, CT. He passed away unexpectedly on August 10,2022, at home.
He was born on October 5, 1973, in Lowell, MA, the son of the late Jeanne (Malo) Danna and Douglas “Mike” Danna. He graduated from Coventry High School in 1991. Keith was married to Lori (Hawkins) Danna on October 3, 1993; they were married 29 years.
Keith worked as a UBox Representative for U-Haul. He was a natural: son, brother, husband, father, friend, hunter, dog trainer, fisherman, mechanic and overall, sincerely thoughtful person. He enjoyed restoring cars, road trips with his son, listening to music, playing board games, bingeing tv shows, the Red Sox, naps, 9 & 9, and his corner of the couch with his dog, Danna’s Pride “Coco”.
He is survived by his wife, Lori (Hawkins) Danna; son Nicholas Danna; father Douglas “Mike” Danna and his wife CamHong Cao; brother Micheal “Mike” Danna; brother in law James P. Hawkins and Kenneth Hawkins; Aunts and Uncles Phillip Palmer, Charlotte Kelly, Veronica Danna, Charles Danna, Jr., Leslie Nielson, Stephen Danna, Richard Danna, William Danna, Maria Daigle, Laurel Briere, Cori Mahoney, and Kristen Langlois; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. Keith was predeceased by his mom Jeanne (Malo) Danna; uncle Robert Danna; grandparents Charles and Ellen Danna and Rudolph and Natalie Malo; mother in law Nancy Hawkins; father in law James A. Hawkins and brother in law Jeffrey Hawkins.
Keith’s family will welcome relatives and friends on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm with his memorial service beginning at 4:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. Willimantic. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to https://donations.uhaul.com/KDanna .
