Kathleen Virginia (Dore) Tangari Mcnee

Kathleen V. Dore Tangari McNee, 70, of Windham, CT formerly of Eagleville, CT passed peacefully at Woodlake in Tolland, CT on January 20, 2017 with her family by her side, after a brief battle with cancer. Kathy graduated from E.O. Smith High School in 1964 via a school to home intercom due to a serious car accident. It was the first intercom unit in the state at that time. Kathy was a certified Home Heath Aid for a number of years, working throughout Tolland & Windham counties. She also worked at the Salvation Army stores and assisted anyone in need of a helping hand. Kathy is survived by her son, Larry Tangari Jr, his wife Linda, granddaughter Taylor, great granddaughter Ava and future great-granddaughter. Grandsons Teddy and Tony. A brother Ernie Dore Jr, his wife Nicole, and daughter Lindsey, including her aunt Eileen from Ashland, NH and Vilma and Charles Blish from Windham, CT, and numerous cousins and friends throughout the country. Memorial Service will be private, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
