If possible, please send your contribution this week. Karl A. Rappold, Jr., 50, of New London, CT, passed suddenly in his sleep Monday, January 12, 2015. Born December 13, 1964 in New Albany, Indiana, Karl lived most of his life in CT. He was a "jack of all trades" but most recently was a building superintendent for Steer Property Management. His real passion was Harley Davidsons and his family. Karl had a great heart and will be truly missed. He is predeceased by his parents Karl A. and June Rappold. Karl is survived by his sons, Travis Cohen-Rappold and Sean Cohen- Rappold, and their mother Naomi Cohen of Willimantic, CT; his sister Lorna Roach of Indiana; aunts and uncles Sonja & John Lickwola, Barbara & Danny Mikutel, Paula & Steven Mikutel, Felix Mikutel; cousins - Greg Lickwola, Jeff Lickwola, Pamila Mikutel, Rachael & Sarah Mikutel A memorial service will be held Monday, January 19, 2015 at 5:00 pm, Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson Street Willimantic, CT 06226. Please come and celebrate Karl's life with us. There will be a graveside service Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 10:00 am, St Mary's Cemetery, Baltic CT 06330.
