Julie (Champagne) Coscia of Lebanon, 74, passed away in a great calm and peace at 4:44 AM on August 6, 2014 at her residence in Lebanon with family members by her side. She was born and raised in the Waterbury-Wolcott area of Connecticut, a graduate of Wilby High School. Julie worked many years as a Dental Assistant with The Danbury Dental Associate group. Her family has many fond memories of her presence in each of their lives and will all miss her terribly; although they are all confident she is in a very happy place with God at present. Julie is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Anthony Coscia; Daughters; Lisa Schack of Manchester, CT; Tanya Russo of Lebanon, CT; and a son, Eric Coscia of Jacksonville, FL.; her mother, Anita Champagne (Lafreniere); sisters Arlene Chaine and JoAnne Champagne and her husband Michael Zello; brother Rick Champagne and his wife Cheryl, all of Wolcott as well as five grandchildren (Bryan and Liam Kilmurray and Carolann Schack, of Manchester, CT; and by Bailey and Gavin Russo of Lebanon, CT. She is predeceased by her sister, Deborah (Champagne) Gregory. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Friday August 8, 2014 between 5:00 and 7:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday August 9, 2014 at 11:00am at Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, 74 W. Main St, Waterbury and the family will receive friends and family one hour prior at the church site. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Waterbury.
