Juan Sanchez Laboy, 61, of Willimantic, the husband of Linda (McCollum) Sanchez, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Hartford Hospital. He was born on August 1, 1958 in Juana Diaz Puerto Rico, the son of Nicholas and Santos (Laboy) Sanchez. Juan enjoyed playing games on his computer. What he enjoyed the most was spending time with his grandchildren, family and friends.
In addition to his wife Linda, he is survived by two daughters, Elisa and Felicia Sanchez; three grandchildren, Amaya, Pagan Alejandro and Yalexia Deynes; four brother, David, Noel, Angel and Elias Sanchez; for sisters, Albertina Sanchez, Petra Laboy, Rosa Torres and Juana Hernandez and all his nieces and nephews.
Juan’s family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. Willimantic. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
