Mrs. Josephine Price, 68, of Willimantic, CT., was called home to glory on the sunset hours of May 27, 2009, at 6:10pm at Windham Memorial Hospital in Willimantic, CT. Josephine had been employed in the previous years at Mansfield Training School in Mansfield CT., as a Mental Health Care Aide. She attended Indian Creek High School in Robinsonville, Mississippi. Josephine was predeceased by her loving husband, George Price Jr., a loving and kind mother, Malinda Anna Wilson, her father Joe Wilson Sr., and brothers Jean and Johnny Wilson. She leaves to mourn, her daughter, Nelsie G. Watson and her son Larry D. Hayden, both of Willimantic, CT. Josephine also leaves to mourn two nephews and a special niece, Sammie Hays of Willimantic, CT and Gene Mitchell of Hartford CT and Karvada Grace of Willimantic, CT. She viewed the both of them as her dear sons and a loving daughter. Josephine also leaves to mourn siblings and a special aunt, Leroy Mitchell of Long Beach CA, Mattie Simon of LaPlace LA, Joe Wilson Jr. of Willimantic CT, Dorothy Hollis of Chicago IL, William Wilson of Willimantic CT, Irvin Willox of Willimantic CT, Ricky Wilson of Hartford CT, Byron Wilson of Norwich CT and Charles Wilson of Newington CT.; and Rose Ellen Johnson of Greenville, MS. Josephine leaves behind six grandchildren that include, Joe L. Watson Jr., Denise D. Hayden, Malinda A. Watson, Tyrone O. Watson, Kanessha J. Watson and Bryant D.Watson all whom reside in Willimantic, CT. Sadly, Josephine also leaves eleven great-grandchildren, Tyanna, Jhakobe, Khylonn,Carlos, Jaden, Mekhi, Tamia, Lacey, Thailand, Joey and Deshaya. Josephine has also left a host of nieces and nephews. Josephine was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Willimantic, CT. Her family will receive relatives and friends at Calvary Baptist Church, 412 Valley St. Willimantic on Monday from 11:00am to 12:00pm with services beginning at 12:00pm.
