Josephine Lamot

Josephine M. Lamot, 96, of Willimantic, died Saturday, December 24, 2011. She was born on August 27, 1915 to the late Helen and Michael Maliga. She was predeceased by her husband, Alexander Lamot and daughter Barbara Connelly. Until retirement, Josephine was employed by Rogers Corporation. She was a communicant of St. Joseph Church and a member of the Polish Women's Alliance. Josephine is survived by her twins, Donald Lamot and his wife Loretta of Colchester, and Donna Young and her husband Bruce of Willimantic; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday Dec. 29th from 10:30 to 11:00am prior to the funeral service beginning at 11:00am at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham.
