Joseph C. Celmer Jr, of Storrs, passed away peacefully at Mansfield Center Nursing Home on Friday, March 12, 2021, at the age of 83. He was the son of the late Joseph Celmer Sr. and Marie (Spachek) Celmer.
Joseph is survived by his two sons, Joseph C. Celmer III and his wife Kristin of Southbridge, MA, Raymond K. Celmer, and his fiancée Wendy Hamlin of Willington, CT; grandchildren, Jacquline M. Celmer and Michael P. Celmer of Southbridge, MA. Other survivors include longtime family friends, Michael and Diane Witek.
