Joseph H. Boucar, 78, of Andover, CT passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2020. He is survived by his son, Steven Boucar and his wife, Billi Boucar; grandchildren, Shaina Boucar, Jessica King, Kimberly Greer, and David Arias. In addition to his wife, Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Phoebe (Geer) and Joseph C. Boucar. Joe enjoyed spending time with his late wife, Madelyn (Bigelow) Boucar and his family at their cottage in Coventry. He loved cycling and riding his scooter that he named “Tortus”. Joseph’s calling hours and funeral service are private. He will be buried with his wife, Madelyn, at New Willimantic Cemetery.
