Jose Osuba, 67, of Willimantic, passed away on Thursday, Dec13, 2012 at his home. He was born January 10, 1945 in Anasco, Puerto Rico. He is survived by his siblings Carmen O. Silva and Miguel Osuba of Willimantic. Carmen R. Osuba, Juan Osuba and Luis Osuba of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and Jose Osuba of Passic, N. J. He was predeceased by his brother Demensio Osuba. The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 10:00 am at Sagrado Corazon Church, 61 Club Rd. Windham CT 06280. His Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 am.
