John Charles Wilcox, 43, of Hebron, CT passed away on June 29, 2021. He was born in Manchester, CT to Charles and Janice (Crotty) Wilcox. John loved music and spending time watching nature unfold. He was a kind and gentle soul, the essence of innocence. Everyone that knew him loved him. John is survived by his parents; brother James and his partner Kayla Strasser; his godfather; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; as well as many loving caregivers from Oak Hill in Columbia and Hebron. John’s family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, July 3, 2021 from 10:00am to 11:00am at Potter Funeral Home, 456 Jackson St. Willimantic. The family requests that everyone wear a mask and follow other COVID-19 protocol. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be sent to Oak Hill 120 Holcomb St. Hartford, CT 06112.
