John Narcis Moffitt Sr.

John Moffitt Sr. (Johnny?s Repair) served Windham and Tolland Counties for over 30 years. John passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Willimantic, CT to the late Arthur and Beatrice Moffitt. Along with his parents, John is pre- deceased by his wife, Margaret Moffitt; sisters, Mary, Patty and Anne. He is survived by his son, John Jr.; step daughters, Bonnie, Dawn Costigan, Donna Breton, Denna Gilomen; step son, Dennis Moore; twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Potter Funeral Home 456 Jackson St. (Rte. 195) Willimantic. A Graveside Service will be 10 am Friday, March 9, 2018 at the New Willimantic Cemetery at the intersection of Rte. 6 and Rte. 32 Willimantic. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Eastern CT 34 Ledgebrook Dr. Mansfield Center, CT 06250.
