John L. Mitchell, 64, of Willimantic, CT passed away on July 18, 2021. He was a life-long resident of Willimantic born to John and Edna (Vertefeuille) Mitchell. John loved being outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Karen (Saucier) Mitchell; son John Mitchell and his significant other Sheri Buffington; brothers Dana Mitchell and his wife Elaine, and James Mitchell; sisters Holly Neborsky and Anna Santiago; step-mother Vivian Mitchell; sister in law Jane (Saucier) and her husband Mike Thiffeault; brothers in law Fred Saucier and his wife Debrah, and Lance Saucier and his wife Cindy; and many nieces and nephews.
